We’re wrapping up the season on our Winter in Bloom Winter Lights display, but there’s still time to enjoy the magic! The display is open 5-9 p.m. daily starting Dec. 26 through Jan. 5.

The walking tour is a nod to cold-hardy plants developed by the University of Minnesota, with displays featuring apples, roses, chrysanthemums and more. Come early and eat dinner in the Arboretum Cafe starting at 4 p.m. The Cafe is open extended hours from 4-9 p.m. during Winter Lights.

Take advantage of the free SouthWest Transit shuttle to Winter Lights, which is available Fridays and Saturdays. Get door-to-door service without waiting in line. The first bus will leave the East Creek Transit Station at 4:30 p.m. each night, and the last bus returns by 9 p.m. with shuttles running back and forth throughout the evening. Check in with Arboretum staff at the station to show your membership ID, your ticket or to buy tickets.

For the quickest entry, non-members should order tickets in advance online and print them out. Admission is free for members (no tickets required), $15 for non-members and free for children 15 and younger.
